Wendy Chen, D.O. is a Board-Certified Medical Oncologist and Hematologist based in
Tucson, Arizona. She completed her fellowship training in hematology and oncology
at Yale School of Medicine and her Residency in Internal Medicine at Yale-New Haven
Hospital. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Ohio
University College of Osteopathic Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology
from Amherst College.
Dr. Chen volunteers at Clinica Amistad in Tucson, where she offers primary care and
oncology/hematology consultations to uninsured patients. She is a member of the
Cancer Care Coalition. Previously, Dr. Chen operated a private practice in Hawaii and
worked with Maui Memorial Hospital. She has held positions with Cigna Group
Insurance, Arizona Oncology Associates, Lancaster General Health, and Hematology
Oncology Associates of Ohio and Michigan.
