Meera Ravindranathan, M.D.

Biography

Dr. Meera Ravindranathan, MD, is a board-certified Medical Oncologist. She received her Medical Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, Virginia. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas in Galveston, Texas. She completed her fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology at the University of
Texas. In addition, she holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine.

Dr. Ravindranathan has worked with Oncohealth as Medical Director, Sharp Rees Stealy in San Diego as a practicing partner, and the University of New Mexico where she was Assistant Professor of Medicine. She has spoken for the New Mexico Chapter of Lymphoma and Leukemia Society and was a guest speaker for Native American Calling discussing ovarian and prostate cancer awareness. While at the University of New Mexico, she lectured multiple times and was editor and contributor for a training
guidebook.
