Dr. Merrill Shum Speaks to Fox 11 News About the Correlation Between Wildfires and Lung Disease
A recent study found that people living within 30 miles of wildfires are 5% more likely to develop lung cancer and 10% more likely to develop brain cancer. This study followed individuals over the course of 10 years.
