Prabhjot Bhinder, MD is a compassionate Board-Certified Medical Oncologist based in California. After graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), she obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology from the National Center of Disease Control in New Delhi, India. With a passion for improving patient outcomes, Dr. Bhinder completed her Internal Medicine Residency at San Joaquin General Hospital in French Camp, where she gained comprehensive experience in both acute and chronic medical conditions. Her dedication to advancing her skills led her to pursue a Medical Oncology Fellowship at the University of Florida in Jacksonville, where she honed her expertise in diagnosing and treating oncology patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
In addition to her clinical and research accomplishments, Dr. Bhinder has made significant contributions to medical literature. Her research has been published in the Journal of Investigative Medicine Case reports and she has presented abstracts at renowned institutions like the Mayo Clinic. While her resume is impressive, one of the highlights is that she served as a Consultant for the United Nations Fund for Children (UNICEF) in India, where she played a vital role in guiding HIV/AIDS policy and program development.
