Ray Parzik

As the Vice President, Business Development Ray will be responsible for the development and growth of TOI’s value-based programs in Florida. This role will be responsible for overseeing payor contracting, developing and managing payor partnerships, and designing a suite of value-based contract models.

    Ray has 20 years of experience in healthcare holding progressively responsible roles at Florida Blue in leadership, contract negotiations, operations, strategy and capability development. While at Florida Blue, Ray developed a network of value based providers including Accountable Care Organizations, Patient Centered Medical Homes, and Episodes of Care covering over one million Florida Blue members and $6.5B in annual medical spend. Ray has a passion for oncology focused care models and has played a key role in the design and evolution of Oncology ACOs since 2011.

  Ray holds an MS and a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University. In his spare time, Ray enjoys scuba diving, sports, and music. Ray and his wife Christina live in Jacksonville, Florida with their two sons, Ray Jr. and Jacob. Ray is thrilled to join the TOI team and looks forward to helping TOI continue to embrace Florida’s communities with compassionate, value-based oncology care.
