Nolan Mariano

Nolan Mariano serves as the Director of Human Resources at The Oncology Institute. In this role, Nolan leads TOI’s HR Operations as well as human capital analytics and reporting.

Nolan has extensive experience enhancing HR Operations through enabling technology, identifying efficiencies, and building high-performing teams across multiple industries. Nolan has been able to drive results by partnering with operating teams seamlessly integrating acquisitions, engaging workforce planning strategies, and building strong cultures. Prior to TOI, Nolan served as Director of Human Resources for Mosaic Laboratories where he prepared the company and systems leading integration activities into the new parent company CellCarta.

Nolan is actively involved in the HR community serving on the California HR Conference Task Force helping to provide learning opportunities to HR professionals throughout California. He also participates in speaking opportunities with universities and adept HR groups to encourage professionals interested in a career in Human Resources.

Nolan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, and is an SHRM Senior Certified Professional.
