Rob Carter

Rob Carter serves as Vice President, Finance, at The Oncology Institute. He brings more than ten years of healthcare finance to the role. Prior to joining The Oncology Institute, he was the Head of FP&A at Hoag Clinic where he focused on building a high-performing team, implementing financial reporting and analytics, and improving physician productivity through in-depth analytics.

Prior to his role at Hoag, Rob worked in the National Pharmacy Finance group at Kaiser Permanente, where he provided pharmacy cost guidance to regional finance leadership. Prior to Kaiser Permanente, Rob worked in FP&A at SCAN Health Plan and McKesson US Pharma.

A resident of Orange County, he holds an undergraduate degree in finance from California State University-East Bay.
