Jeremy Castle, MBA

Jeremy Castle serves as Chief Operations Officer at TOI. As COO, Jeremy is a key member of our senior executive team, partnering with our other leaders to drive excellence in patient experience, clinician satisfaction, and operations. Jeremy leads all field and central operations, pharmacy, real estate, and new markets integration.

Jeremy joins TOI from OneOncology where he led operations for the Western U.S. Region and implemented key business initiatives that helped grow the organization’s national presence while promoting better patient care. Prior to OneOncology, Jeremy served as Chief Operating Officer at United Urology Group and Executive Director for US Oncology.

Jeremy, who received his BA and MBA from the University of Arizona, is currently based in Southern California. His passions outside of work include spending time and traveling with his wife Monique and their 3 children– Blake, Arizona, and their newest addition to the family, Jackson. When not on dad duty Jeremy loves golfing, watching sports, and spending time with friends. He is originally from the Washington D.C. area, so he is frequently rooting for Maryland/DC sports teams (Ravens, Orioles, Capitals, and Wizards).
