Aman Bukhari

As the Director, SEC Reporting Aman oversees all aspects of TOI’s external reporting, including ensuring the Company’s financial statements, internal controls over financial reporting and related SEC filings are in compliance with SEC rules and regulations.

Prior to joining TOI, Aman served U.S. public registrants and privately held companies in many industries including oil & gas, mining, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, and industrial services. He assisted clients with a range of services including business combinations, carve out audits, SPAC transactions and complex debt transactions.

Aman holds CPA credentials from Texas and Illinois and Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from DePaul University.
