Jasmine Smith, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Jasmine Smith, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She obtained a double major in Molecular and Microbiology before pursuing her nursing career. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Florida.

Jasmine has over six years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She is passionate about being a patient advocate and ensuring an individualized high-quality patient care approach. She believes in assessing the “whole person” and not focusing solely on their diagnosis but also their mental, social, and environmental health.

In her free time, she enjoys fitness, being outdoors, and spending time with her family.
