Evonne Hoa Phan, MSN, FNP-BC

Biography

Evonne Hoa Phan is an ANCC board-certified family nurse practitioner and has over nine years of experience as a registered nurse. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California, and started her nursing career as a home health nurse. She then worked as a peritoneal dialysis nurse for eight years and decided to go back to school to further advance her medical knowledge as a nurse practitioner.

Evonne received her Master of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University, Family Nurse Practitioner Program. After graduation, she decided to enter the internal medicine/hematology/oncology specialty. She is passionate and dedicated to providing quality care to her patients and their families.

Evonne is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese and Vietnamese.
