Biography

Labib A. Hashimi, M.D. is a board-qualified Hematologist and Medical Oncologist. He received his medical degree from the University of Baghdad. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Cabrini Medical Center, a major affiliate of New York College. Dr. Hashimi completed his fellowship in Medical Oncology at Lenox Hill Hospital and his fellowship in Hematology at Cabrini Medical Center. In addition, he completed a 2-year research fellowship at the Sloan-Kettering Institute for Cancer Research in New York.

He has operated his own practice in Hematology and Medical Oncology since 1997 in Chino, California. Dr. Hashimi has had several articles published in the American Journal of Medicine and Cancer Research Journal. He currently holds privileges at several hospitals throughout San Bernardino County including Chino Valley Medical Center, San Antonio Regional Community Hospital, Kindred Hospital Ontario, Casa Colina Hospital and Pomona Valley Medical Center. In Los Angeles County, Dr. Hashimi has privileges at Casa Colina Hospital in Pomona. Throughout his career he has completed several abstracts, research studies and national and international presentations.

In addition to English, Dr. Hashimi also speaks Arabic, Spanish, and Farsi.
