John Schwerkoske, M.D., FACP

Biography

John Philip Schwerkoske, M.D. is a Hematologist and Medical Oncologist. He received his medical degree from Creighton University. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Minnesota. His hematology and oncology fellowship was completed at the University of California, Davis in Sacramento, CA.

Dr. Schwerkoske began his medical career in 2004 with Minnesota Oncology Hematology as a project assistant. Dr. Schwerkoske has worked with several organizations throughout his career including the University of St. Thomas, the University of Minnesota, Dignity Health, and City of Hope. In addition to his extensive work experience, he has volunteered with a number of medical organizations and has been published multiple times and spoken at a number of institutional lectures.
