We are located near the Los Alamitos Medical Center campus. When you arrive, you can park in their outdoor parking lot or our parking structure.

Together with our care coordination team, they’ll take care of communication between doctors and facilities and reduce care costs for you through 24/7 health coaching services.
We also offer mental health care services for our patients, allowing them to care for their physical and mental health simultaneously. We encourage our patients’ loved ones to get involved as well, allowing everyone to remain on the same page as we navigate complex decisions about their care.
