Henry Huy Le

Henry Huy Le serves as Director of Medical Economics at The Oncology Institute. In this role, Henry leads TOI’s financial analytics efforts with a focus on improving patient experience and payor relationships through actionable business intelligence.

Prior to joining The Oncology Institute, Henry served as Finance Manager at St. Joseph Heritage, an integrated health delivery network with 3 hospitals and 6 medical groups/IPAs in Southern California. Henry and his team created a line of sight into the managed care business through population health analytics, connecting clinical operators with financial stakeholders, and helped bring the business to profitability.

Prior to his role at St. Joseph, Henry worked at Concerto Health and CareMore, where he deployed CMS bid pricing tools, automated reporting processes, and assessed new market opportunities.

An Orange County resident, Henry holds bachelor’s degrees in Biological Sciences and Economics from University of California, Irvine.
