Biography

Ailin Li is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) who earned her MSN from California State University, Long Beach. Building on a strong background in acute care, telemetry, and pediatrics, she brings a holistic, evidence-based approach to patient management. At The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation (TOI), Ailin is passionately committed to improving the lives of oncology patients through compassionate care, patient education, and seamless care coordination. She partners closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop tailored treatment plans, advocates for patient needs, and drives quality improvement initiatives that enhance safety and outcomes. Fluent in Mandarin, Ailin excels at forging trusting relationships with diverse populations and ensuring culturally sensitive care.
