Biography

Madelein Rae Lazaro, MSN, FNP-C, is a dedicated and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings in the medical oncology where she is also a Certified Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Nurse.

In her role, Madelein manages complex oncologic patients, administers chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and blood products, and provides comprehensive patient and family education to promote safe, informed, and compassionate care. Her strong clinical foundation is supported by prior experience at LAC+USC Medical Center, City of Hope, and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she developed expertise in same-day surgery, cardiac telemetry, and perioperative services.

Madelein is recognized for her thorough assessments, evidence-based practice, cultural competence, and strong advocacy for her patients. Her combined background as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner enhances her clinical judgment and ability to deliver holistic, compassionate care while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
