Hiroshi Yamagata, MD, MS, FACP, is a board-certified internal medicine physician and hematologist/oncologist with clinical expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of hematologic malignancies and solid tumors. He provides evidence-based, patient-centered cancer care with a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration and personalized treatment planning.

Dr. Yamagata completed fellowship training in hematology and oncology and has experience in both academic and community-based care settings. His background includes clinical leadership, teaching, and participation in clinical research, supporting high-quality oncology care across the continuum.
