David Reis, AGNP-C, RN

Biography

David Reis is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner based in Los Angeles. He earned his Master’s degree in Primary Care Adult-Gerontology Nursing from West Coast University in Los Angeles, following an Associate Degree in Nursing from Los Angeles County School of Nursing and both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology from the University of Paris Descartes.

David previously served as a registered nurse at Pasadena Surgery Center, where he provided post-anesthesia and circulatory care for patients undergoing pain management procedures. He was responsible for IV placement, recovery monitoring, and patient education. David also mentored new graduate nurses, helping them transition into clinical roles.

During his nurse practitioner training, he completed clinical rotations in adult-gerontology primary care and women’s health, managing a wide range of conditions from preventive care to chronic disease. David is certified in both CPR and ACLS and is known for his calm, reassuring presence and thoughtful communication style.

Fluent in French, Portuguese, and Italian, David is especially skilled at working with diverse patient populations. His background in health psychology enhances his holistic approach to care, addressing both physical and emotional aspects of patient well-being.
