Mila Voskanyan is our Director of Clinical Program. In this role, Mila leads our population – and payor-focused value based care programs, including the Enhancing Oncology Model (EOM) – the 5-year CMS/CMMI program launching this July as successor to the Oncology Care Model (OCM) for Medicare beneficiaries – as well as our rapidly expanding High Value Cancer Care program, MIPS, OMH+ (Anthem), and other programs to come. Mila and her team support patients, as well as collaborate with our clinicians and field operations teammates across all 5 states to ensure that we perform well on the key metrics for each of the programs, and that we deliver high quality, cost-effective care aligned with our mission and vision.

Mila has been with TOI for more than 11 years, having started with the practice in 2011 in a Front Office position.  Since then, she has contributed to the significant growth and success of TOI in multiple different Operations roles, including Office Supervisor, Health Care Coach, Operations Manager, Co-Manager of the Procedure Auth Department, and – most recently – Project Manager, Clinical Programs.  She has played a key role in delivering our multi-year pilot with CareMore and Stanford University which demonstrated meaningful improvements in both patient satisfaction and health care costs, and which is the foundation of our HVCC program, and led our OCM program work which saved the Medicare program over $10MM.
