Patient Care Philosophy:
Dr. Aileen Novero’s goal is to be always available for her patients and their family. Having cancer is stressful enough; she wants her patients to know that she and her team are always there to help out. Every patient also has the right to know the truth about his/her condition and it is her duty to prepare them about these truths and assist them in terms of their decisions of care.
