Dr. Junaid Arshad joins The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation after completing his fellowship at the University of Miami. Prior to training in Florida, Dr. Arshad completed his internal medicine residency at St. Mary’s Hospital through the Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Arshad received his undergraduate and medical education in Pakistan at the University of Punjab and King Edward Medical University, respectively. Dr. Arshad’s research interests include the use of circulating tumor DNA as biomarkers and the effect of targeted agents in solid malignancies. He has published several peer-reviewed articles in journals including the Journal of Clinical Oncology and the Journal of General Internal Medicine.
