Shawn Rothlis is Director of Corporate Development at TOI. He is responsible for supporting TOI’s strategic business combinations and growth initiatives through assisting with the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of oncology services mergers, acquisitions, and partnership opportunities. Since joining TOI in early 2022 Shawn has played an integral role in identifying and assisting with multiple transactions in our existing markets including California, Nevada and Arizona and in our rapidly expanding Florida market.
In addition to his corporate development role, Shawn also developed and led the Salesforce.com implementation for TOI’s growth team. Prior to TOI Shawn accumulated extensive experience leading successful valuation engagements that included due diligence, financial analysis, economic trend research, and the presentation of final summaries with organizations such as ADT and HealthCare Appraisers, Inc.
