Sarah Troutman

Sarah Troutman serves as the Director of Total Rewards. In this role, Sarah oversees all teammate benefits including compensation, health benefits and recognition packages.

Sarah brings more than 7 years of human resources experience to The Oncology Institute. Her unique background spans across total rewards strategy, compensation and benefits design, project management, and employee communications. Sarah is passionate about developing programs that enhance the health and wellbeing of employees.

Before joining TOI, Sarah served as the Total Rewards Program Manager for Mars Veterinary Health, a division of Mars Inc, where she helped to develop and execute a total rewards strategy and multi-year roadmap. In this role, she designed a number of compensation and benefits programs in support of the unique needs of veterinary professionals and the evolving market.

Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Albany State University.
