Rosel Villegas

Rosel Villegas serves as Director, Assistant Controller at The Oncology Institute. In this role, Rosel is responsible for all aspects of TOI’s accounting period close process and related financial consolidations including finding new ways to utilize best practices and technology to increase efficiencies and enhance internal controls.

Rosel has over 14 years of experience in Accounting holding progressively responsible roles within the healthcare industry as well as both private and publicly held companies. Prior to TOI Rosel has been successful in driving process improvements, building high-performing teams, and establishing a framework for compliance with SOX within organizations such as Apollo Medical Holdings, Inc. and Renew Health Group. Most recently, Rosel led initiatives at Spring Fertility to successfully integrate and restructure financial operations for multiple locations.

Rosel holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. In her spare time, Rosel enjoys traveling and exploring good restaurants.
