Phimchanok (Phim) Kositsawat serves as the Director of SEC Reporting at The Oncology Institute. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s external reporting, including ensuring the Company’s financial statement, internal controls over financial reporting and related SEC filings are in compliance with SEC rules and regulations and US GAAP. This includes understanding and implementing applicable accounting pronouncements and corporate accounting policies and providing leadership and accounting expertise. Ms. Kositsawat brings more than 10 years of experience in public and private companies in industries such as insurance, insuretech, wealth and asset management, entertainment, and consumer products. Most recently, she was a Financial Services Audit Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP.
Ms. Kositsawat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from the University of California, Riverside and is a Certified Public Accountant.
