Peter Kim

Peter Kim brings more than 20 years of experience in operations, strategic planning, process improvement, quality assurance, and analytics to The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation.

Prior to joining The Oncology Institute, Peter worked at Health Net, a subsidiary of Centene Corporation, where he developed and managed the Provider Data Analytics Team within Operations. In that role, he was responsible for partnering with senior executives and cross-functional management teams to define long-term/short-term strategic initiatives and delivering operational excellence, supporting the success of the company’s operating plan by making data-driven decisions.

Peter also was a Lean and Digital Transformation leader within Centene Corporation, where he re-engineered multiple manual workflows leveraging automation and scaled subsidiary health plan processes into enterprise solutions.

Before Health Net, Peter was the Process Improvement Lead at California Cryobank, a private equity-backed company and the largest frozen donor gamete bank in the world. At California Cryobank, Peter worked in the Quality Assurance & Compliance Department and was responsible for corporate-wide quality and process improvement initiatives that included implementing technology solutions, increasing operational efficiencies, and achieving the highest quality standards possible.
