Kimberlee Hoertz

Kimberlee Hoertz serves as the Assistant Controller/Director, Accounting at The Oncology Institute. In this leadership role, she will oversee the Accounting Close process, lead the Revenue and SG&A teams as well serve as a liaison for all external audits.

Kim is a highly qualified accounting professional with a verifiable record of accomplishments spanning 15 plus years. She joins the team with a significant amount of change leadership experience as well as mentoring large teams through acquisitions. Kim spent a significant amount of her career within OptumCare (a subsidiary of United Health Group) in various accounting leadership roles. Kim’s most recent position before joining TOI was Pacific West Regional Controller. Within this role, she was responsible for leading and mentoring a combined team of over 100+ professionals from several different business models. She supported an evolving financial strategy and close process of merging numerous regions into one entity while minimizing market disruption.

Kim graduated with Accounting Degree from the University of San Diego and also holds a CPA license.
