Kelly joins TOI from a national chain of urgent cares, where she oversaw 17 centers in the state of California with over 200+ employees. She successfully led the turnaround of the California market by improving market leadership and fixing operational issues by focusing on metrics, process improvement, and people development.
Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vassar College and a master’s in public administration from NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. She is an active member in the Healthcare Executives of Southern California (HCE) and in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
