Julie Korinke brings more than 10 years of experience in healthcare marketing and strategic communications to her role at The Oncology Institute.
Before joining TOI, she led the content marketing efforts at Be The Match, the largest and most diverse blood stem cell and bone marrow registry serving patients with blood cancers and diseases. At Be The Match she elevated the stories of patients in need of a marrow donor to drive earned and owned media, adding hundreds of thousands of donors to the national registry.
Previously, Julie served as the Communications Manager for the Downtown Long Beach Alliance promoting Downtown Long Beach as the premier destination to live, shop, and do business. Julie started her career at Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties (PPOSBC) where she advocated for reproductive healthcare access as the Public Affairs Manager. She continues to serve on the Board of Directors for the Community Action Fund of PPOSBC.
Julie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Chapman University.
