Esmi Putnam

Esmi Putnam serves as the Director of Practice Optimization. In this role Esmi works collaboratively with cross-functional leaders to consistently implement operational processes and procedures that enable the delivery of high-quality care, operational efficiency, and teammate engagement.

Esmi joins TOI with 20 years of experience holding progressively responsible roles with organizations such as Ironwood Cancer and Research Centers, Arizona Urology Specialists, and Flatiron Health. Esmi is known for her ability to execute operational strategies across a national network that drives exceptional patient experience, operational excellence, and fosters high-performing teams.

Esmi and her husband, Josh, enjoy raising their children Janae and Savannah in Chandler, AZ. When Esmi is not busy working she enjoys Pilates, traveling with her family, spending time with friends, and being outside with her fur baby, Sofia.
