Crystal Peterson is VP of Talent Management at The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation. With over 15 years of talent acquisition experience, Crystal brings recruiting leadership from a diverse range of clients spanning healthcare, technology, and entertainment.
Before joining The Oncology Institute, Crystal worked as a VP of Talent and HR at innovative PE/VC funded companies Sure, Inc and Faraday Future, building the people and talent functions in international, high-growth, competitive environments.
In 2007, Crystal joined Specialists On Call to create a national, multi-specialty Telemedicine Physician Practice that grew to 250+ physicians serving more than 600 hospital clients prior to its sale to Warburg Pincus.
Crystal has an undergraduate degree in Communication and Health Science with a Public Health emphasis from La Sierra University, and a graduate certificate in Leadership Management from George Washington University.
